Steve Wood is an experienced practitioner of enterprise wide change efforts, with emphasis on Manufacturing Excellence and Lean Six Sigma principles, aimed at optimization and growth. Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Steve has over 25 years experience, including 10 years with GE at the Aircraft Engines and Power Systems businesses in manufacturing, quality and design engineering.

Having significant operational experience, including senior level executive positions prior to forming Allegro, they are uniquely qualified to understand their clients’ needs. Both remain heavily involved with all client engagements providing hands-on consulting and relationship management.
