Stephen Wood is an experienced practitioner of enterprise wide change efforts aimed at optimization and growth. Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Wood has over 17 years experience - including 10 years with GE at 4 different businesses.
From leadership strategy development and deployment, to creation of internal change agents, to ground level, hands-on improvement workshops, Mr. Wood can quickly apply tools to help organizations achieve their performance targets. He has extensive experience in both the ‘soft’ skills of cultural change as well as the ‘hard’ tools of Lean, Six Sigma, and Design for Manufacturability. Successful implementations include fortune 100 companies in North America, Europe and Asia.
