This one-day assessment is performed on your site. We’ll spend the day walking your main processes, analyzing key bits of data, evaluating your improvement plans, and interviewing leadership and staff. Once completed, you will get a written summary of the opportunities identified and our prescription for improvement. You will also gain insight into how you company stacks up against others – it’s like a benchmarking trip without the travel cost.
